This stream will outline how associations are finding new ways of attracting sponsors and exhibitors and ultimately increase event revenue. | Associations are continually under pressure to generate more revenue in order to enhance their offering to members. Operating like a commercial organisation will enable associations to effectively identify and put in place growth and expansion strategies and increase revenues. This stream will outline with successful case studies how not-for-profit organisations are operating more like commercial organisations. | Justifying membership dues at a time when national associations are striving hard to recruit and retain members is challenging, particularly when there are no regulatory matters to be taken to the EU/UN.
