Delegate-to-Delegate Ideas Exchange 
Over 80% of our delegates have said that learning from other delegate while at the event was valuable to them. 

We are planning to make the exchange of experiences and advice even more valuable by matching delegates who have recently completed projects in the last 12 months, with those embarking / about to embark on similar ones. 

We invite you to provide information about your projects when you register. You can log back in and complete this later, however, the earlier you do this the more suitable a match can be made. Our appointments manager, Isabel, will review the submissions and set up an appointment between you and a suitable association peer.
  • We aim to provide you with 1 appointment to learn from other's experiences, and 1 appointment where you can provide the benefit of your experience
  • Priority is given to those who have experiences to share
  • Appointments will be arranged to take place towards the end of the long lunch breaks or immediately before or after the sessions on Day One (17:30-18:30), or before the sessions on Day Two (08:15-09:00)
  • There is a special Meeting Point in the venue where a table (and refreshments) will be reserved for your appointments
  • Each participant will receive a confirmation email of the appointment and it will be added to their personal schedule on the "etouches" registration system

Association - Business Partner Exchange Appointments 
All delegates at our congresses have said that meeting business partners exhibiting at the event has been useful to them.

During the event, potential business partner suppliers are exhibiting. Each of these is a major provider to associations, and all their representatives are specialists in the needs of associations. We believe that it benefits delegates to have a few carefully chosen appointments in advance with these suppliers - it enables them to prepare and you to plan better.

We don't believe in an automated system for appointments, and so we have an appointments manager, Isabel Santos, who will assist you in making a few appointments in advance. The first stage is to select your services interests when registering, then she will be in contact with you to review these and to make appointments with suitable partners.
  • We expect to arrange about three appointments for each delegate, although it is not a requirement to attend 
  • Appointments will be scheduled during the refreshments or lunch breaks on both days
  • Each participant will receive a confirmation email of the appointment and it will be added to their personal schedule on the "etouches" system
