International & European Associations Congress 2013

All major carriers fly daily into Lisbon International Airport, making the Portuguese capital easily accessible from anywhere in the world.

TAP Portugal is the official airline of the International & European Associations Congress 2013. The airline offers all congress participants a 10% discount on all its economy flights and a 20% discount on all its business class flights.

Economy flights are also available from the main European cities, including with EasyJet.

Estoril is located approximately 30 km away from the Lisbon International Airport and can be reached by public transport or taxi.

We are holding the Congress in a certified Green Venue and have our own sustainability policy, therefore we recommend our delegates to use public transport.

Lisbon International Airport to Estoril by public transport

From the airport, take the Red Underground Line towards S. Sebastiao station and descend at Alameda. Change at Alameda for the Green Line towards Cais do Sodre. Click here for a map of the underground system.

The trains leaving the airport run every 12 minutes, from 6:00 to 01:00.

Once at Cais do Sodre, exit the underground station and cross the street towards the railway station. To reach Estoril, take the urban train to Cascais via Estoril. Click here to check the train timetables and fares.

There are several trains per hour leaving the Cais do Sodre Railway Station to Cascais; the journey takes approximately 30 minutes and offers fantastic views of the Estoril Coast Line.

Lisbon International Airport to Estoril by taxi

There are two taxi stands in the airport, one at arrivals and one at departures. The average taxi fare from the airport to Estoril is 50€, this is a 30 km journey.
